Cancellations and Rescheduling
We want to make sure that everybody’s appointment is serviced by the best car wash professionals available. It takes us time to find the right car detailing professional for you as we have to consider location, date, time and how long the service will take. And because we need to plan in advance, this is why we ask for early notice for all cancellations and rescheduling requests. A $50 cancellation fee or 50% of your service cost, whichever is higher may be charged for cancellations due to administration and time cost. However in the matter that you would like to reschedule then you will be charged with no fee, under the circumstance that the rescheduled date is within the next 2 weeks and notified to us by a call with at least 24 hours notice to your original booking allocation.
Damage & Loss Policy
Even though we recommend the removal of all valuables and possessions from the vehicle prior to your car wash service, in the case of damage or loss, please follow this procedure. If such an event occurs, this must be communicated to us within 24 hours of service by email, in writing, so that our team can investigate your matter further.
Hazardous Condition Policy
If your property is deemed a hazardous cleaning situation that goes over and above our normal cleaning environment included in our car wash packages, our car wash professionals have the right to decline the offer. Upon such a service, you will be charged a $50 booking fee or up to 50% of the service price (whichever is higher) as a holding fee for reserving your space in our schedule. Hazardous conditions may include, but not limited to, human/pet waste, sharp objects, weapons, toxic spills, insect infestation, mould, diseases, and so on. Same applies to vehicles parked in a non-serviceable area i.e illegal parking, right next to traffic, less than 2 feet availability surrounding the vehicle (obstruction-free) – all of which expose our Sydney car detailers in a vulnerable and dangerous situation.
