Cancellations and Rescheduling

A callout fee or 50% of your service cost may be incurred for cancellations or late reschedules that occur within 48 hours of your booking due to administration, travel and opportunity costs of which the booking allocation cannot be replaced on such short notice. A no refund policy applies if our technician has arrived on site. You will always receive multiple reminder notifications via email/SMS up to 2 days in advance.
