When it comes to installing your reverse camera, the manufacturer will generally give you either a loose wire or a 12V Cigarette plug. With the loose wire, we are able to hardwire this and therefore, free up your cigarette slot. If you wish to connect via the 12V cigarette slot, you may, but it just means you cannot connect anything else, such as your phone charger and so on. Furthermore, this way of connecting, tends to look messy with many wires.
What do we recommend? Allowing us to hardwire using that loose wire or we can supply a 12V cigarette adaptor, which allows us to hardwire it still without needing to use your loose wire or even 12V cigarette slot.
